Examples of Metrics for Assigning Tiers to Each District:​

A multi-tiered delivery approach will allow intensified and individualized services based on the unique needs of each district or school. Districts will be placed into Tier I, II, or III based on multiple measures, including SPP, Special Education Vacancies, and Survey Data.

    Tier 1

    - Informational sessions and networking related to the four objectives​ - Face-to-face and virtual options will be provided​ - Access to IESE Network

  • Tier 2

    Tier 2

    - Access to all Tier I services​ - Mentoring and Coaching Services developed or improved​ - Quarterly visits from the regional specialists or program advisors to observe new teachers and provide feedback, support and technical assistance on mentoring and induction​ - Coaching and technical assistance to develop a plan for implementation of an Education Pathway Endorsement

  • Tier 3

    Tier 3

    Access to all Tier I services​ - Access to intensified and expanded Tier II services​ - More frequent and intensive mentoring and coaching collaboration time​ - Direct instruction (modeling and coaching) ​ - Systems development and improvement-working with designated LEA representatives​ - Follow up visits once systems are implemented to ensure sustainability​
