Check out our (NEW) IESE Network Learning Series Digital Flyers Library and download fliers for each series all in one place! We are offering 5 new Learning Series' that will start Fall 2024:
From the beginning of the year, your choices impact student behavior. In this series, reflect on your current practices, relate learned strategies into your context, and better understand behaviors beyond your classroom systems.
Learn strategies to effectively manage caseloads, develop student-centered IEPs, organize time, and track/report student progress in this learning series. Apply learned skills, receive feedback, and gain resources to continue the practice into your setting. Select sessions based on your needs and schedule.
Adapted from the Shifting the Balance books, learn instructional strategies, reflect on students’ learning goals, and prepare to adjust your practice based on student needs. Reading development spills across grade levels, so all teachers are encouraged to attend.
Math can be a difficult subject for students. Learn about ways to help struggling math learners improve fluency, build their conceptual understanding, and apply their learning in solving word problems and math tasks. Strategies and resources will be provided to improve student learning at all grade and tier levels.
Supporting students with varying strengths and needs can be overwhelming. Universal Design for Learning (UDL) is a framework for guiding inclusive learning opportunities by proactively identifying potential barriers within and during lesson implementation. Reflect on current practices and learn how to design rich learning experiences for all students in your classroom. Resources for all-grade levels will be provided.
